2 cups or more of left over mashed potatoes
2 lbs. ground beef
2 carrots peeled and chopped
1 onion chopped
2 cups beef broth
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup or so peas
1 tsp. paprika
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and add onion and carrots to cook as well. Drain all but a Tbsp. or so of fat. Sprinkle the beef mixture with 2 Tbsp. flour and stir a minute or two to cook over heat. Then add broth, stirring well to make gravy then add other ingredients and cook 2 or so minutes. Spoon this into a sprayed casserole dish. Top with mashed potatoes, sprinkle with paprika and bake at 375º for 22-25 minutes until potatoes are heated through and browned a little.
