- 1 ½ cups water
- 4 cups flour
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix until firm (not too sticky) roll about 1/8’’ thick, cut in circles. Put filling on one circle, wet edges, put other circle on top, seal edges with a fork. Boil for 5 min. Drain. Fry in butter until light brown.
