2 lb Pork Tenderloin, but in 1/2 lengthwise
2 Cloves Minced Garlic
2 Tsp Sugar
2 Tbs Dry Sherry
4 Tbs Soy Sauce (1/4 c)
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Tbs Honey
1/2 Tsp Red Food Coloring
1/8 C Chopped Green Onions

Mustard Sauce

1/2 C Dry Mustard
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Tbs Butter, Melted
1 Tsp Cider Vinegar
Approx 1/4 C Boiling Water

Directions:
Directions:
Make marinade of all ingredients except pork until sugar is dissolved. Put pork strips in glass dish and cover with marinade overnight, turning occasionally. Place pork on rack with water in the bottom of baking sheet. Roast for 10 minutes at 425º then 1 hour at 325º , basting often with marinade. Slice and serve with mustard sauce (recipe to follow) and sesame seeds.

Mustard Sauce:

Mix all ingredients together and let thicken
VERY HOT!
