5-8 pound beef brisket, trimmed
2 bottles of Chili Sauce
2 bottles of Dark Beer

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

In a roasting pan, lay brisket in bottom. Pour beer and chili sauce over meat. Cover and bake for 3-4 hours.

If you want less sauce or choose a smaller roast, use 1:1 instead of 2:2. We always made biscuits with ours and used the sauce for dipping.
