2 pounds of boneless chicken breasts - (boiled and chopped)
Small bunch of green onions (chopped)
2 cups of red and green grapes ( cut in half)
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1 cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mayonnaise with pecans, grapes, green onions, salt and pepper. When mixed well add chopped (cooled) chicken. Cover and refrigerate several hours before serving.

I have added crumbled cooked bacon to this recipe if available :).

Best served in croissants on top of lettuce leafs with an assorted fruit salad on the side.
