Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 "dry" fruits, such as apples, nectarines, or peaches
1 refrigerator pie crust
3 tbsp. brown sugar or turbinado sugar
2 tbsp. cut-up unsalted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375º. Spread the pie crust out on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Thinly slice the fruit, peeling the apples and peaches, it is not necessary to peel the nectarines.

Spread the sliced fruit on the pie crust, overlapping the slices but leaving a 2" wide edge all the way around. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp. of sugar and dot with the small pieces of butter.

Fold the edges of the dough in toward the center. You will have to overlap or crimp the dough to make the folds and will cover some of the fruit.

Brush the exposed dough with 2 tsp. of water and sprinkle the last tbsp. of sugar on the dough. Bake until the juice from the fruit is bubbly, about 35-40 minutes. Cover the crust with a foil tent if it begins to brown too much.
