5 pound roast
2 envelopes onion soup mix
2 T. Oregano
3 T. Basil
1 cup water ( I fill the pan with enough water to cover the meat and then a little more)
Cook until meat falls

Directions:
Directions:
350 degrees for 10 hours in oven
Stovetop for approx. 10 hours

10 lbs. of meat makes 1 gallon finished
