1 c. unsalted butter softened
½ c. icing sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1¾ c. flour
½ c. corn starch
¾ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 c. Skor toffee bits

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter, icing sugar and vanilla until creamy. In a separate bowl, combine flour, corn syrup, baking powder and salt. Stir half into butter mixture. Stir in toffee bits and remaining flour mixture. Roll heaping tablespoonfuls of dough into balls and place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.
