½ container of spreadable cream cheese
¼ c. butter softened
1¼ c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1¾ c. flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
1 c. pumpkin
1 tsp grated orage rind
¾ c. raisins or chopped dates (optional)
½ c. chopped nuts (optional)

Orange cheese spread:
½ container of cream cheese
2 tbsp icing sughar
1 tsp grated orange rind

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese, butter, brown sugar and eggs together. Combine next 6 dry ingredients and stir into creamed mixture alternately with pumpkin. Mix well. Stir in orange rind, raisins and nuts. Spread in greased 9x5 loaf pan.
Bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes. Cool in pan for 15 mins.

Spread: Beat all ingredients together until smooth. Wrap cooled loaf and store 1 day before slicing.
