Ingredients:
Ingredients:
• 4 lbs. baby back pork spareribs, cut into serving size pieces
• 1 cup dark brown sugar, packed
• 3 TBL. Cornstarch
• 1 TBL dry mustard
• 1 cup vinegar
• 1 cup (8oz. crushed pineapple, do not drain)

• Ύ cup water

• (If you go to COSTCO and buy their pork baby back ribs 7-8 lbs, double this recipe)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil ribs for about 30 minutes, which will remove the excess fat and cut down on the cooking time.

Prepare the sauce as the ribs are being boiled. Combine the ingredients and cook on medium heat ‘till thick and glossy, constantly stirring. Hold the salt and pepper at this time. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Remove ribs and spread out in a single layer in a shallow pan. Salt and pepper the ribs and pour ½ of the sauce over the ribs. ( I dip each rib in the sauce, then put in the pan.) Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Turn ribs over and pour remaining sauce, continue baking and checking on the tenderness. I prepare my ribs to be very tender and falling off the bones.

This can be prepared the night before, put foil over the pan, refrigerate, and bake the next day. It's a big hit at potlucks! Yum.
