1/2 cup softened butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Cream butter & brown sugar. Add beaten egg, vanilla, walnuts & dry ingredients. Shape into 2 long rolls on wax paper & chill thoroughly. Slice & bake for 7 to 10 minutes
