2 pkg yeast
1 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp sugar.
1 cup milk
1/2 cup shortening
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
3 egg yolks
5 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in water. Add 1 Tbsp sugar to that. Add remaining ingredients except flour. Mix well. Add flour. Shape dough into ball. Let rise 1/2 hour. Cut pieces into size of walnut. Shape into circle 3" in diameter. Make a depression in the middle. Let rise 20 minutes. Gently punch circles again. Fill with filling of your choice. Let rise 10-15 minutes. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
