Meatball Ingredients:
~2 lbs (beef, pork, and veal mixture)
or..ground chuck.
~2 eggs
~1/2 cup milk
~3 slices white bread (crumbled) or more (if using store bought bread crumbs us 1/2 cup per lb meat.
~1 clove garlic or more(crushed) or 1/4-1/2 tsp garlic powder(to taste)
~1/2 cup to 1 cup grated Romano cheese
~2 T parsley
~1 tsp salt
~1/2 tsp pepper
***if using oven for meatballs heat to 450º

Directions:
>In medium bowl beat eggs a little, add milk and bread mix well. Let stand for 5 minutes.
>Add meat, garlic, parsley, cheese, salt, and pepper.
>Mix until well blended.
>Shape into balls
>If using oven, place in well greased shallow pan.
>If not using oven fry in oil in frying pan until browned. If using electric fry pan, fry at 350 degrees.
