6 ears fresh corn cut off the cob (4 cups)
10 oz can rotele tomatoes
2 oz Philly cream cheese
2 oz French onion dip
1/2 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cut off corn in microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir in cream cheese - microwave 1 more minute. Add drained Rotele tomatoes and microwave 1 minute. Stir in dip and serve. Salt to taste. Great with choice of chips or crackers.
