6 chopped carrots
1 chopped onion
4 chopped garlic cloves
2 qts. beef broth
1/2 head chopped cabbage
2 cans green beans
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
2 small chopped zucchini

Directions:
Directions:
Saute carrots, onion, and garlic for 5 minutes till soft. Add all other ingredients except cabbage and zucchini. Bring to a boil then add cabbage and zucchini turn down heat and simmer only about 5 minutes or so because they get done quick. This makes a lot but it freezes well in plastic containers.
