end of a roast (beef roast) cut into quarters for grinder
1 onion peeled and cut in quarters for grinder
1 can of whole kernel corn (including water)
1 egg whipped
instant mash potatoes
water
oil/pam for frying pan

Directions:
Directions:
grind together roast beef, & onion using a hand or electric meat grinder
once ground, add to meat/onion mixture:
1 can of whole kernel corn with water
1 egg whipped
instant mashed potatoes (sprinkle on to absorb liquid and bind together (add a little at a time) consistency should mold, not runny, not dry
add water if necessary

fry in pam or cooking oil in frying pan, until golden brown
serve with salad.
