Rub on meat 4 to 5 lbs brisket
seasoning salt
garlic salt
meat tenderizer
bottle of Claude's Brisket sauce
1/2 cup liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
place in pan , pour half or full bottle of Claude's brisket sauce over meat and half cup of liquid smoke. place fat side down and cover. refrigerate for 24hrs. With fat side up cook about 8hrs at 275º Have seen it soak 3 hrs but James always liked to soak overnight.
