1 cup peanut butter (plain or crunchy)
1 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp baking soda



Directions:
Directions:
Spray cookies sheet with cooking spray.
Beat together peanut butter and sugar. Add
egg and baking soda. Mix well.
Roll dough into balls and place one inch apart
on cookie sheet.

Flatten each cookie with a fork using a
criss-cross pattern. Bake at 350 degrees for
about 10 minutes. Cool 2 minutes before removing
to cooling rack.
