1 pkg. baby spinach leaves
1 pint sliced strawberries
1/2 c sliced green onions
2 cans mandarin oranges (11oz)
1/4 c toasted pine nuts

Dressing:

1/4 c orange juice
1/4 c honey
2 Tbs vegetable oil
2 tsp Dijon mustard
