Layer #1
1 C. sugar
1 stick margarine, softened
4 eggs, beaten
1 C. flour
1 16 oz. Hersey’s choc. Syrup (can)
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, flour and syrup in this order. Blend well.
Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Let cool.

Layer # 2
2 C. powdered sugar
2 T. green Crème de Menthe
1 stick margarine, softened
Mix all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Spread over cooled cake.

Layer # 3
1 C. semi-sweet choc. Chips
6 T. margarine
Melt together in microwave. Let cool until it will spread easily over cake.
