1 cup butter
1 3/4 cup flour
6 cups warm water
2 cups milk
2 TBLS better than bouillon chicken flavored (in a JAR! NOT CUBES)
½ red pepper, diced
½ bell pepper, diced
3-4 boiled chicken breasts (I boil with seasonings for taste)
Dash of Italian seasoning (optional)
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Melt butter on medium heat in pot, add flour. Still until mixture is golden brown (about 4-5 minutes). Add one cup water at a time, stirring until thick, then add another cup of water. Add milk and bouillon. Shred chicken or cut into chunks. Add chicken and peppers, turn to low. Let simmer. Add pepper and Italian seasoning to taste. This soup also freezes very well. ENJOY!
