1 can crabmeat (pick well to remove shell fragments)
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 heart of celery, chopped
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 small bunch parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
Cracker meal
1 - 2 eggs, scrambled

Directions:
Mix together, adding enough cracker meal to make stiff. Roll into patties. Dip patty in egg and cracker meal and fry. Makes 8.
