Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Boneless skinless chicken breasts
Olive Oil
Garlic
Salt, Pepper & Seasoned Salt
BBQ Sauce
Code Red Mt. Dew

Directions:
Directions:
Pour about 2 tablespoons olive oil into a grill pan. Add garlic into oil and stir it up to mix into the oil. Add the chicken once the pan is medium hot. Season with salt, pepper and seasoned salt and cook 5 to 10 minutes then flip over and season other side and cook until done, about another 5 minutes. Once the chicken is done take it out of the pan (move the grill pan off the heat while doing this part) and slice it up into skinny slices and put back into pan. Once all the chicken has been sliced and put back in the pan add BBQ sauce on top, just enough to get some on each piece. Then add about a ¼ to ½ cup of Code Red Mt. Dew, not a lot, just enough to sauté the chicken in and have the liquid absorbed. Let this cook for 5 minutes so the chicken can soak up the flavor then serve. Serve on sliced garlic bread, open faced.
