2 cans tamales
1 can cream style corn
1 bag Fritos
Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Oven: 350º
Serves: 8
Peel tamales, coarsely mash and place in lightly greased (9 X 13-inch) pan. Cover with corn. Sprinkle corn with regular size Fritos. Bake 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle grated cheese on top.

(This recipe was a special request from Aaron who remembered all of the good food at Camp Spring Lake-especially the Frito Casserole.)
