1 teaspoon pepper
1 medium onion
Raleigh Green Onion & Garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
1. cut ribs into serving size and put into large. Add salt, pepper and onion to pot. Add water to cover ribs. Bake in 325 F for 1 1/2 hours.
2. drain the stock. Rinse ribs with cold water to wash off the brown.
3. When cool enough to handle, sprinkle Green Onion and Garlic powder on ribs. Freeze on cook sheet. Store frozen ribs in plastic bags.
4. when you need to use the ribs, place frozen ribs on cookie sheet or roasting pan. Brush both sides of ribs with BBQ sauce. Bake at 350 for about an hour or until BBQ bubbly and meat thoroughly heated.
