12 frozen waffle fries
3 oz. thinly sliced rare deli roast beef
2 tbsp. horseradish sauce (not pure horseradish)
Salt and pepper

Directions:
1. Cook waffle fries according to package directions.

2. Chop or shred roast beef into small pieces, top the waffle fries, dividing equally.

3. Put a small (1/2 tsp.) dollop of horseradish sauce on top of the roast beef. salt and pepper lightly.
