1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. fresh thyme, chopped

1. Heat oven to 375º. Arrange the salami in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.

2. Bake until crisp, 12-15 minutes.

3. In a small bowl, mix mustard and thyme. Serve drained, cooled chips with mustard dipping sauce.
