1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 cup cracker crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 can vegetable soup, undiluted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pack firmly into a greased loaf pan. Bake for one hour at 350º. Let stand for five minutes before slicing. You can freeze this before or after cooking.
