1/2 tsp. pepper
1 T. paprika
1 T. sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice

Directions:
Oven: 350º
Place 1/2 to 1 c. flour in a shallow bowl or small brown bag. Add 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper. Mix together. Coat chicken pieces, a few at a time, with flour mixture and brown in hot oil in a skillet (about 7 to 10 minutes, turning once). Remove chicken from skillet and place in lightly greased casserole dish. Mix sauce ingredients together; pour over chicken. Cover and bake 30 to 40 minutes. (This sauce works well to baste on chicken breasts on the grill, too.)
