5 hard-boiled eggs
1 1/2 lbs. sausage
2 c. bread crumbs
3 eggs, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Slice hard-boiled eggs in thirds. Flatten 2 T. sausage into a patty. Hold egg slices together and place in center of patty; mold patty around egg, sealing completely. Chill 30 minutes. Dip sausage patty in whipped eggs, roll in bread crumbs and fry in 2 to 3 T. hot oil. Serve hot. (Can be made ahead and reheated in oven or microwave.)
