1 15 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (not marinated artichoke hearts)
1 can chopped mild green chilies, drained
8 oz softened cream cheese
4 oz Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
4 oz pepper jack cheese, shredded
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
Parmesan cheese
Fritos Scoops

Directions:
Directions:
1. Stir all ingredients, except the Parmesan cheese, into the cream cheese.

2. Spoon into a Pam-sprayed flat baking dish like a quiche or tart dish

3. Sprinkle liberally with Parmesan cheese.

4. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.

5. Serve warm to hot with Frito Scoops (the large Fritos).
