Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2-3 pound lean pork roast
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup white distilled vinegar
4 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp ketchup
20 oz can crushed (or diced) pineapple, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the pork roast on all sides and put it in your slow cooker.
Mix everything, except pineapple, and bring to a boil, then pour over the meat.
Spoon sauce over the meat every once in a while during cooking to keep everything flavorful and moist.
Cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 8-10 hours or until very tender.
One hour before meat is done cooking, stir in the pineapple.

If you want a thicker sauce to serve with the meat:
Once the meat has cooked, remove from the crock pot, cover and set aside to keep warm. Pour the cooking juices into a medium sized pot. Combine 1 tbsp of cornstarch with about 1/2 tablespoon of water to create a slurry, and briskly whisk the mixture into the juices. Turn the heat under the pot to high and whisk regularly until the mixture begins to boil. Reduce heat to low, and allow to simmer until it reaches the desired consistency, whisking as needed.
