12 c popped popcorn
1 c butter
2 c brown sugar
1/2 c lt corn syrup
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 c chopped walnuts
1/2 c dried cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º. Line 2 baking sheets w/silicon mat or parchment paper sprayed w/Pam.

Place popcorn in XL bowl.

Melt butter in med sauce pot. Add sugar, corn syrup, salt & cook for 5 min, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat stir in baking soda. Stir in walnuts & cranberries. Pour mixture over popcorn & toss to coat evenly.

Spread mixture onto prepared baking sheets. Bake 45 min. Remove & allow to cool for 10 min. Break into pieces & serve.
