1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
6 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1 (26 oz.) jar prepared spaghetti sauce
4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 c. ricotta cheese
12 lg. manicotti shells

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray. Cook pasta according to package; drain and let dry.

Filling: Stir together 3 c mozzarella with ricotta and fresh basil. Carefully stuff pasta with cheese mixture. Spoon 2 c spaghetti sauce into prepared baking dish. Place stuffed pasta over sauce. Pour remaining sauce over pasta; cover with extra (left over mozzarella, 1 cup). Bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; bake additional 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
