2 lg. zucchini, sliced or yellow squash
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. grated carrots
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread dressing
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash until barely tender; drain. Sauté onions. Add carrots, squash, soup and sour cream. Melt butter and mix with dressing mix. Spoon half of the mixture in bottom of greased casserole. Add squash mixture and top with the rest of the dressing mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 350º.
