3 c. cooked yams
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Topping:
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix yams, sugar, eggs, salt, milk, vanilla and cinnamon with an electric mixer and pour into a buttered casserole dish.

To make topping, mix brown sugar, flour, pecans and butter until crumbly; place on top of yam mixture. Bake, uncovered, 25 minutes.
