4-6 lg. baking potatoes
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. bacon bits
1 sm. bag. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. chopped green onions
Sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Bake potatoes in 350º oven for 2 hours. Cut and smash potatoes with fork and knife in a large casserole dish. You want a fine, but lumpy consistency. Dump ingredients: butter bacon bits, cheese, garlic powder and green onions on top and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Place back in warm oven for 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve with a dollop of sour cream on top. Easy and yummy! Serves 6
