1 8 oz wheel of Brie cheese
3 tbsp. of packed dark or light brown sugar
1/4 cup walnuts or pecans, coarsely chopped
1 tbsp. of Drambuie, Amaretto or Frangelico if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Remove top rind off Brie wheel, cut into wedges, but leave in a wheel shape. Place on a Pam-sprayed baking sheet. Sprinkle with sugar and nuts. If you choose to add liqueur, mix the sugar, nuts and liqueur and spread mixture on top of the cheese. Bake at 450 for 2-4 minutes. Serve with crackers, or apple or pear slices.
