Personal Notes:
Made this one Christmas when the family gathered at the Vice House. I realized that I started too early and after I thought the flames were all out I lidded the pan with the bananas inside to keep them warm. When we were ready for dessert, the lid wouldn't come off. Because the inside had cooled it created a vacuum holding the lid tight. After the physics lecture, I pried off the lid and we enjoyed dessert..
