1 pack (1 oz) Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix (ignore directions on the packet)
1 C. mayonnaise
1/2 C. milk
1 lime
2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
1/2 C. cilantro, roughly chopped
1/4 C. green salsa (use La Costena medium salsa for the best flavor)
hot sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Place milk, mayo & ranch mix in a blender. Juice the lime in there also. (You should get about 2 T. juice)
Toss in the garlic, cilantro & green salsa.
Blend
Sample it & add hot sauce to taste.
Make it several hours ahead of time to allow it to thicken.

Serve with grilled steak salad & top with black beans, corn & tortilla strips.
