1 1/2 cup shredded cooked chicken
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. ground cumin
8 6-inch flour tortillas
1 medium onion, chopped
3 oz. cream cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar or taco blend cheese
12 oz. Pace picante sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a medium sized flat baking dish.

2. Sauté butter and onion in a large skillet until onion is translucent. Add chicken, 1/4 cup of picante sauce, cream cheese and cumin.

3. Cook until thoroughly heated. remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of cheese.

4. Fill the 8 tortillas with the mixture and roll up. Place in the baking dish and cover with the remaining salsa and the cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
