3 eggs,
2 c sugar
3/4 c butter or margarine; softened
1 tsp almond extract
2 cups all purpose flour
2 1/2 c fresh cranberries (or frozen & thawed)
2/3 c pecans.

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar until slightly thickened and light in color; about 5 minutes. Add butter & almond and beat 2 minutes. Stir in flour just until combined. Stir in the cranberries and pecans. Spread into a greased 13"x 9"x2" baking pan.
Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool & drizzle with a powdered sugar glaze over the top.
