1 fryer, cooked and diced
1/2 lb. spaghetti, cooked in broth
1/2 c. pimientos; drained, diced
1/2 c. onion
2 c. milk
3/8 c. flour
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook fryer in water or broth to cover. When tender, remove fryer from broth; remove skin and bones, dice meat. Cook spaghetti in broth. In a large skillet, make a white sauce with milk and flour. Stir until thickened. Stir in cheese, pimientos and onion until cheese is melted. Add spaghetti and chicken. Serve hot. (May add 1/4-1/2 c. diced celery, 1 can sliced water chestnuts or 1/4 c. slivered almonds).
