2 (9 oz.) pkgs frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained
2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. margarine, softened
1/2 c. finely chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine all ingredients. into 1" balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until set.

*Can be frozen, uncooked, up to 3 months. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes.
