8 c. chicken broth
3 celery ribs, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
salt/pepper to taste
2 c. cubed chicken cooked
1 c. uncooked long grain rice

Directions:
Directions:
In large pan, combine broth, celery, onion, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil-reduce heat-cover and simmer 10 mins.
Add chicken and rice.
Bring to a boil-reduce heat-cover and simmer 20 to 25 mins. until rice is tender.
