1 pkg egg or yoke free wide noodles
1 pint cottage cheese
1 pint sour cream
1/4 cut chopped onions
1 clove garlic minced
2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. Tobasco
salt
1 cup cheddar cheese

cook noodles, drain; add all but cheddar cheese. Place in greased casserole dish; bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. sprinkle with cheddar. bake another 10 minutes.

The consistency before baking should be "soupy" so if there isn't enough sour cream or cottage cheese, keep adding past when you think, "this should be enough." Staple recipe for New Year's Eve party at "Grandma Kathrine's" in Pasadena.
