3 cups flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tbsp. milk powder
6 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. instant yeast
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 cup warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flours, milk powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. In a pyrex cup, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let stand for 1 minute. Stir water and yeast mixture into dry ingredients, and add olive oil. Kneed until doughy. Let stand in mixing bowl, covered with a damp cloth, for 20-30 minutes. Take dough into 2" diameter balls and roll flat. Fry approximately 1 minute per side, until very slightly browned. Enjoy with hummus.
