2 c. nuts
2 sticks of butter less 2 tbsp.
3 6oz. pkgs. chocolate chips ( 2 milk chocolate and 1 semi-sweet)
3 tbsp. vanilla
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 tall can Pet milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl place nuts, butter, chips, and vanilla; set aside. Combine sugar and milk in large pan and boil 6 minutes. Start timing after it reaches a rolling boil. Pour this mixture over nut and chip mixture. Mix well and pour into buttered 9 by 13 inch pan.
