1 lb. bulk hot sausage browned & drained
2 c. milk
6 to 7 slices bread cubed crust removed
4 eggs beaten
tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 lb. cheddar cheese grated

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. Beat eggs, milk, salt, and dry mustard with a whisk. Remove crust from bread and cube. Place bread and sausage in bottom of a 9 x 13 pyrex dish and top with cheese. Pour egg mixture over and refrigerate 12 hours. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
