1 box chocolate cake mix
1/3 c vegetable oil
1 egg
1 c chopped nuts
1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 t vanilla extract
Dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. With mixer on medium, beat cake mix, oil and egg in a large bowl until crumbly. Stir in nuts. Set aside 1 cup of the crumb mix. Firmly press the remaining mix in bottom of a greased 13x9 pan.
In a small saucepan melt chips, milk, vanilla and salt. Pour evenly over the prepared crust. Sprinkle the reserved crumb mix evenly on top. Bake
25 to 30 min or until the edges are firm. Cool. Cut into bars. Store loosely covered at room temp.

Can drizzle with a powdered sugar icing
